Just like they did to graffiti artist RIME, taking his street art and putting it on their clothes to make them look more interesting.
Scott/Moschino argue that if street art is illegal, it should have no artistic protection.
If Moschino win the upcoming court case, it will set a terrible precedent, affecting all street art.
